The SmartEVO AS compound prioritizes grip, comfort and durability, and is formulated with over 50% bio-based and recycled materials, including 22–23% FSC™-certified natural rubber depending on size. The result is a quiet, sure-footed tire built for big mileage across real-world conditions.

Compound & Construction

Pirelli’s SmartEVO AS rubber balances wet/dry traction with damping to reduce vibration over broken surfaces, while the TechWALL+ Road 60 TPI casing adds multiple reinforcement layers for puncture resistance and reliable air retention in tubeless setups. The structure is tuned to stay supple—so you get protection without the wooden ride that can plague heavy endurance casings.
