1. Where are you located?

We often get asked if we're located in Canada because there are 'Canadian' (.ca) online retailers out there that are based overseas and ship from overseas, which can mean their customers are required to pay customs duty.

We are proudly Canadian. We are located in Guelph, Ontario where all of our inventory is warehoused and from where we ship all of our orders.

2. How does your inventory work?

We are proud to say that we carry all of our own inventory. In other words, if our website says that a product is in stock, it's because it is sitting in our warehouse. It's that simple.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before tax) within Canada. If you need your items ASAP(!), we also offer expedited shipping for a reasonable fee. For more information, please review our shipping policy.

4. What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

5. Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment we ship across Canada as standard, but please reach out to us if you need an item shipped internationally as we have the ability to ship to most countries.

6. How do I subscribe to your email list?

Simply click "Sign me up!" at the bottom of the page and add your e-mail address when prompted to be the first to read our latest posts and get access to all of our best deals.

7. Can you special order items from your suppliers?

Yes, we can source many additional products that may not appear on our website.  Please contact us so we can determine how best to serve you.

8. How do I return a product(s)?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we make returns easy. Please e-mail us at or see our return policy for more information.

9. Do you offer in-person sales?

Yes! Currently, while we are primarily offering online sales, for customers living in and around the Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and the western Greater Toronto Area, we offer local delivery and offer in-home consultations and fitting sessions. We love connecting with our customers face-to-face. Contact us for details.

10. How do I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about a purchase prior to shipping you can contact us to have your order cancelled and refunded. Please note that all cancelled orders incur a 3% transaction fee to cover payment processing fees. To cancel your order, please contact us at prior to shipment.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot 'cancel' it, but we can work with you on returning your items. Note that all of your purchases are processed and shipped within 24 hours - usually much faster!
