1. How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the continental United States. If you need your items ASAP(!), we also offer expedited shipping for a reasonable fee. For more information please review our shipping policy.

2. Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment we ship to Canada and the United States, but please stay tuned as we have exciting international plans.

3. How do I subscribe to your email list?

Simply add your e-mail address at the bottom of the page and click ‘Yes, Please!’ to be the first to read our latest posts and get access to all of our best deals.

4. Can you special order items from your suppliers?

Yes, we can source additional products that may not appear on our website.  Please contact us so we can determine how best to serve you.

5. How do I return a product(s)?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we make returns easy. Please e-mail us at returns@nomadfrontiers.ca or see our return policy for more information.

6. Is there an in-store location I can go to?

At the moment, we are only offering online sales, but stay tuned as we have some new offerings and exciting opportunities to interact on the way.

7. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@nomadfrontiers.ca prior to shipment and we will be happy to reverse your order. Once your order has shipped, we cannot ‘cancel’ it, but we can work with you on returning your items. Note that all of your purchases are processed and shipped within 24 hours – usually much faster!

8. I have a question that is not displayed here
