We are riders ourselves, and we spend time helping customers choose the right bike, apparel and equipment rather than simply the most expensive option. Whether you are building a dream bike or choosing your first set of bib shorts, we are here to help before and after your purchase.

Yes. Nomad Frontiers is a Canadian business, and our inventory is stocked in Guelph, Ontario.

We do not present ourselves as a Canadian storefront while shipping ordinary orders from an overseas warehouse.

Products shown as in stock are normally physically available through Nomad.

Inventory can occasionally change quickly, particularly for limited products or items also being discussed with a customer. If there is ever an issue with availability, we will contact you directly.

We will review your riding, fit information, preferences and budget before coming back with recommendations and any follow-up questions. The process can be completed remotely, and it gives us a better starting point than trying to make a recommendation from height alone.

Yes. Many of the bikes we sell can be configured with different groupsets, wheels, cockpits, gearing and finishing components.

We can help create a complete build around your riding priorities, fit and budget rather than limiting you to a standard factory specification.

Yes. Geometry comparisons are one of the most useful parts of the consultation process.

We can compare stack, reach, cockpit position and other relevant measurements to understand how a new bike may differ from the position you already know.

Definitely. Bike sizing is rarely as simple as matching height to a chart. We can review your current setup, proportions, flexibility, riding goals and the geometry of the specific bike before making a recommendation.

Shipping method, preparation and final assembly requirements can vary depending on the bike and destination. We will explain the process before the order is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 before tax within Canada. Expedited shipping is available for a fee calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for full details.

Our current shipping policy states that orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt from our warehouse in Guelph, Ontario.

Timing can vary for bikes, custom builds, special orders and products requiring additional preparation. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Yes. We ship throughout Canada, subject to product, carrier and destination restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

Most products are eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are unused, in saleable condition and meet the requirements in our current policy.

Submit a request through the return portal and wait for approval before shipping anything back. Please review the full return policy for eligibility, exclusions and timing.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is eligible for return, you can return it and choose store credit, then use that credit to purchase the replacement size or colour.

No. Return items must be unused, with original packaging undamaged and all product tags intact. Contact us for sizing advice before ordering when uncertain.

Items marked as clearance or final sale are not returnable. Other discounted items remain subject to the eligibility conditions in the current return policy.

Yes. Sizing can vary significantly between cycling brands and even between product collections from the same brand. Contact us with your measurements, usual size and preferred fit, and we will help you make a more informed choice.

Very much so. Some brands use a close European race fit, while others offer a more relaxed or endurance-oriented cut. Product type, fabric and intended use can also change how a garment fits.

Not automatically. Castelli often fits closely, but the correct size depends on the specific product, your measurements and how you want it to fit. Contact us before ordering if you are uncertain.

Yes. We can help interpret the manufacturer’s size chart and discuss general fit considerations. Final helmet fit must still be checked carefully by the rider.

Yes. Cycling shoe sizing varies by brand, model, width and intended fit. Tell us what shoes you currently wear and how they fit, and we can help compare them with the model you are considering.

Nomad provides bike sizing assistance, geometry comparisons and setup guidance as part of the sales and consultation process. We do not describe this service as a full in-person professional bike fit.

Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

The currently available payment methods are shown securely at checkout. If you need help with a bike, custom build or special order, contact us before placing the order.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped or entered preparation, we may be able to cancel it or make a change. The current policy applies a 3% transaction fee to cancelled orders.

Once an order has shipped or work has begun on a custom item, changes may not be possible.

Customers should normally use the website checkout for standard products. For bikes, custom builds, special orders or situations requiring assistance, contact us and we will guide you through the appropriate process.

Yes. Current options and eligibility details are published on our financing page.

You should receive an order confirmation after checkout. If the confirmation does not arrive, check your junk folder and contact Nomad so the order can be verified.
