Free Shipping and Local Delivery

At Nomad Frontiers, we know that shopping for new kit is fun - paying for shipping isn't. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 anywhere in Canada. Standard shipping times typically range from 2-6 business days, depending on location.

We are proudly Canadian and are located in Guelph, Ontario. For customers living in and around the Guelph area, we offer local delivery and, typically, can deliver your package in less than 24 hours (depending on location).

Expedited Shipping

Need that new item right away? We offer a flat rate fee, calculated at checkout based on your location, to upgrade to expedited shipping, which will typically have your item arrive in 1-3 business days.

Order Processing

All of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt from our warehouse in Guelph, Ontario.

Sales Tax

Sales taxes are calculated based on your delivery address. Addresses within Canada will include GST/HST/PST according to province.

For residents of British Columbia, we are not required to charge PST on bike parts that are necessary for the functioning of your bicycle nor on safety equipment such as lights and helmets. In addition, some basic accessories purchased at the time of bike purchase and affixed to the bike are also excluded. Those same items purchased without a bike do attract PST. Bikes

Purchasing a bike involves a few extra steps to ensure your bike arrives exactly the way you want it. Please read our page, "How to Buy a Bike With Us: 10 Easy Steps", and refer to Step 5 for more information on shipping and order processing.

Our Shipping Partners

We work with all of the major courier services: UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. The couriers are very reliable, but if you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please reach out directly to the courier for resolution prior to contacting Nomad Frontiers.
