At Nomad Frontiers, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s) within 30 days for store credit provided the product is in saleable condition. Returned products must be unused and accompanied by their original packaging (e.g., boxes, tags, manuals) to be considered saleable, which is determined at our discretion.
Store credit can be applied to anything store-wide and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Bike sales involve a few extra steps and costs, and have their own return policy. Please read our page, "How to Buy a Bike With Us: 10 Easy Steps", and refer to step 8 for more information.
Items that have been marked down by 25% or more are considered clearance items and are final sale.
Unfortunately, manufacturer defects can occur on occasion. Suspected defects must be escalated to the manufacturer for investigation. If you believe your product is defective, you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf.
Please be advised that products that have endured excessive or long-term use are not considered to be faulty.
Products being investigated for defects are not eligible for return pending the manufacturer's findings.
