Most products are eligible for return within 30 days from your order date, subject to the product being unused and in saleable condition.
Return items must be unused and accompanied by all original packaging, with both product and packaging in an undamaged state and all product tags intact. We must receive your return request within 30 days from the date your order is received.
Prior to return shipping your item to us, please submit a request via our online return portal and await approval via email. Please include any relevant information as to the condition of the return item(s). Approval decisions are at the sole discretion of Nomad Frontiers Inc. and are typically made within 24 hours of receipt. Once approved, the products should be shipped back within 15 days from the date of approval.
While most items can be returned, there are exceptions:

If your original purchase qualified for any promotional offers, be aware that returning products might disqualify you from these benefits and the benefits withheld upon return.
If you change your mind about a purchase prior to shipping you can contact us to have your order cancelled and refunded. All cancelled orders incur a 3% transaction fee to cover payment processing fees. Once the order has been processed, you will need to initiate the return process.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different size or colour, please return your item normally, and select the store credit option. The store credit can be used to purchase the replacement item.
All products must be sent back in their original, unused state within 15 days of return approval. Avoid attaching postage stickers, adhesive tapes, or inscribing addresses directly onto the product's packaging, as this will render your items ineligible for return. Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage during transit. Typically, the original shipping container can be re-used after removing the shipping label.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you ship your package with tracking and, for more expensive items, insurance. Nomad Frontiers Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Most products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please submit a warranty request via the return portal and we will direct you to the appropriate channel for that manufacturer.
Any shipping costs associated with returning an item to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.
