At Nomad Frontiers, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your product(s) within 30 days for store credit provided the product is in saleable condition. Returned products must be unused and accompanied by their original packaging (e.g., boxes, tags, manuals) to be considered saleable, which is determined at our discretion.
Store credit can be applied to anything store-wide and does not expire. It’s that easy.
Sale and Clearance Items
Items that have been marked down or have been put on clearance are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, manufacturer defects can, and do, occur on occasion. If your product suffers from a manufacturer defect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that products that have endured excessive or long-term use are not considered to be faulty.
Our return process is simple to ensure you can order with confidence. Here’s what to do in the event of a return:

with your order number and reason for returning your product(s)
- Return your product(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive store credit
- We will process your store credit once we have received the returned product(s) and have determined them to be in saleable condition
