Solid spot lubricant made to prevent uncomfortable chafing and skin irritation outside of the chamois area. GoStik provides better lubrication and a higher melting point other solid anti-chafe products so it stays where you put it longer for longer. It is excellent for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and swimmers, along with anyone who experiences chafing during athletic or on-the-job activities. Commonly used around clothing neck openings, under arms, between thighs, backs of ankles, balls of feet, or anywhere skin rubs against skin, fabric, leather, rubber, etc.

WHAT IS IT?
Made to protect skin in any areas that experience friction outside of the chamois area (like thighs, armpits, toes, nipples, and more).

HOW TO USE:
Apply directly to skin and before activity to avoid chafing. Re-apply as needed anywhere you experience chafing to maintain healthy skin.
