This is significant in that the Konax aims to become a shining weapon on the KONA arena by creating a must use wheelset for the Ironman.
The Konax series comes with two editions: the TOKEN Konax Pro Disc with a rim depth of 52mm, and the Konax Tri that has a rim depth of 76mm. The rim height and the shape of the KONAX is the result of analysis using state of the art aerodynamic analysis software-CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). This enables the KONAX wheels to perfectly slice through the wind. When every second matters, these are the wheels you want on your bike. And they look great too!
The carbon fibre rims of the Token Konax Pro Disc wheels are laced to Token D1 disc brake Prime hubs which are precision machined with Token's WGM process so they provide an excellent base for spokes and a precise platform for slick rolling premium bearings. The WGM process reduces weight, while maintaining strength.
These wheels can be used in bad conditions as the bearings are well sealed and hidden from the elements to ensure long life.
