The Selle Italia Flite Boost TM takes the iconic Flite silhouette and updates it with the modern “Boost” format while keeping the feel many riders prefer: a flat profile and a closed top with no central cut-out. It’s built for road riders who like to move on the saddle and maintain a more aggressive posture without relying on a Superflow channel for pressure relief.

Selle Italia classifies the Flite Boost TM as a Flat saddle. In their fit guidance, flat saddles are suggested for Dynamic Riders (often associated with an anterior pelvic tilt), where a flatter platform supports a stable pedaling motion and easier fore-aft movement.

Cover & rails

The saddle uses a Soft-Tek polyurethane cover to provide comfort and durability for everyday training mileage. Underneath, the Manganese Tube Ø7 mm rails are made from a Cromoly/Manganese alloy blend, described by Selle Italia as light and flexible while remaining cost-effective and robust.

Flite Boost TM is offered in two widths while keeping the same 250 mm length. Choose S3 (135 × 250 mm) at 247 g (±8%) or L3 (145 × 250 mm) at 258 g (±8%).
