With warmer fall and spring temperatures, or if you're lucky enough to live where winter means mild conditions, the Castelli Transition W Jacket is ideal for those days when it's not cold enough to cover your ears. The GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® mid-weight fabric on the front keeps the wind at bay, while Castelli's fleecy Warmer fabric on the back allows moisture and excess heat to escape. It provides a surprising amount of protection without causing overheating. You can also add an insulating layer underneath and use it in quite cold conditions.
