Durability and Protection

Internal ABEC-3 bearings provide smooth operation and are easily serviceable or replaceable. The included sleeve fits between the cups to protect against dirt and grime, while preventing internal wires and hoses from rubbing on the crank spindle.

Installation Notes

The drive side cup uses left-hand threading and the non-drive side cup uses right-hand threading, similar to standard BSA threaded cups. Use quality grease for steel or aluminum BB shells and anti-seize compound for titanium shells.
