Hydraulic Disc Braking Performance

Featuring SRAM’s hydraulic road disc (HRD) braking system, the Rival E1 shifters provide strong and reliable braking with excellent modulation, suitable for wet, dry, and mixed-surface riding.

Ergonomics and Rider Fit

The redesigned ergonomic hood shape enhances comfort and control during long rides. Reach adjust functionality allows riders to personalize lever position for optimal braking and shifting ergonomics across a wide range of hand sizes.

Modular Front and Rear Configuration

Available as individual left (front) and right (rear) levers, the system supports flexible setups for 1x or 2x drivetrains. Left levers control front shifting on 2x systems, while right levers control rear shifting. For 1x setups, only the right lever is needed.
