The SES 4.5 PRO represents the pinnacle of innovation, engineered specifically for professional racers seeking a lightweight, aero climbing wheelset optimized for 28 mm tires. It meets governing body regulations and is designed to excel on smooth road surfaces where weight savings are critical.

Construction and Design

The new rim design saves 50 grams per rim compared to the SES 4.5 by reducing rim depth and width while preserving tire volume and tubeless performance. The rim uses higher modulus, lower areal weight carbon fiber with thinner sidewalls and a small hook bead to maintain impact resistance and tubeless compatibility.
