The CASTELLI Unlimited Puffy Jacket features a coated windproof microfiber woven outer shell treated with durable water repellent (DWR) for weather resistance. It uses Polartec® Alpha® Direct insulation to provide maximum warmth with minimal bulk, making it ideal for chilly conditions without sacrificing packability.

Comfort and Functionality

Strategically placed Nano Flex stretch woven fabric on the underside of sleeves, sides, and lower back enhances breathability and stretch for unrestricted movement. The jacket includes zippered pockets on the chest and back, plus two large rear pockets with flaps to maintain a sleek look off the bike. A YKK® Vislon® zipper with a U-shaped pull ensures easy opening and closing.

Design and Fit
