The CASTELLI Free Aero RC Bibtight is the performance tight with the right weight for most winter riding with a focus on comfort, stretch, and protection. It was designed to be your first choice for most of your winter riding.

Everything about the CASTELLI Free Aero RC Bibtight is focused on keeping you comfortable and at the right temperature. Every detail, every fabric, every seam will make your winter riding better. This is the tight for those cool to cold days. This is for maximum comfort on those days when you need warmth, but you're not fighting for survival—those days when you're doing long rides getting ready for the season.

Most of the CASTELLI Free Aero RC Bibtight is constructed from CASTELLI's Nano Flex 3G fabric. CASTELLI's third generation of Nano Flex is luxuriously soft, warm, and stretchy. But it also offers excellent breathability, keeps a lot of the wind out, and features CASTELLI's updated Nano Flex water-repellent finish. The lower legs are in CASTELLI's lighter-weight Nano Flex stretch woven fabric with a lightly brushed inside and with leading water repellency.

For the rest of the CASTELLI Free Aero RC Bibtight, CASTELLI has kept it simple: Minimalist Free bib straps that you won't notice, and raw-cut leg endings that are stretchy enough to not need ankle zippers, improving comfort when you pull shoe covers over the top. This is supposed to be your long ride comfort tight, so the PROGETTO X2 Air Seamless pad will be protecting your backside.

Nano Flex is exclusively engineered by CASTELLI. CASTELLI takes its thermal fleecy stretch Thermoflex fabric and coats it with millions of tiny nanofilaments to create the most water-repellent fabric finish ever. Drops of water stay as spherical balls on top of the fabric or bounce off the fabric without leaving a trace.

The PROGETTO X2 Air Seamless offers maximum technology for supreme comfort. It is constructed in two components, each dedicated to a specific purpose, that together create the most comfortable seat pad on the planet. It features Skin Care LayerSeamless, the bacteriostatic layer made to adapt to the shape of your body and saddle without any folds in the fabric, and cushioning LayerSeamless Integrated Technology (S.I.T.) Perforated Viscous Comfort Zone.
